- Gail Ross (Mema), President: Gail spent 23 years in a hospital trauma center and cared for her own mother before she passed. After retiring, she knew she couldn’t sit still—she wanted to keep helping people at home, where care feels most personal.
- Mildred (Millie) Esquivel, Vice President: Millie is a CNA and DSP who has worked in nursing homes and group homes, supporting seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities. She now also cares for her legally blind husband, bringing empathy and practicality to every care plan.
